321 West 44th Street

New York, New York

Originally constructed in 1927 for a division of Warner Brothers, this renovated 10-story office building now houses an eclectic mix of tenants, including Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs, whose music studio, Daddy’s House, is located in the building. Existing façade details were examined and re-introduced in FPE’s design, providing the new entrance and lobby with a modern take on the area’s traditionally industrial storefronts and marquees. The lobby features terrazzo flooring, as well as a custom color, power-coated, aluminum frame, with maple and frosted- glass inserts. The finishes extend to the lobby cabs, creating a consistent aesthetic.
