God’s Love We Deliver is an organization that delivers hot meals to homebound AIDS patients in the New York area. In just three months over the summer of 2004, FPE designed an efficient and attractive 5,000 square foot commercial kitchen which doubles as a party space for fundraising events. FPE’s extensive experience with large-scale commercial food service facilities contributed to the project’s successful execution. Due diligence at the outset revealed that the building’s existing plumbing was prematurely deteriorating, requiring the inclusion of a replacement system including a new sub-grade plumbing system within the scope of work.
