We developed four basic individual house designs, which could then be modified with a number of options. The subdivision was arranged around a natural pond, utilizing existing contours as much as possible. The development has 128 houses, ranging in size from 1,500 square feet to 3,000 square feet in area. All were designed to be affordable start-up family homes.
