After 20 years on 57th Street, Ascot Chang acquired a retail condominium space on Central Park South to create a new flagship store in New York City. Known for impeccable custom shirt tailoring, suits and accessories, Ascot Chang strives to imbue its retail architecture with those same qualities. The owner retained FPE to work with him to implement the design concept created by Lui Design of Hong Kong. The project included a 3,000 square foot showroom on three levels, with an accessory office space and large stockroom. All display millwork is custom. Finishes include wood flooring, polished plaster walls, leather panels, and bronze trim.
