The owner of S. Wyler Silversmith presented an extremely narrow window for the renovation of his Upper East Side silver shop. Accordingly, FPE collaborated with the builder, Richter + Ratner, to complete the store’s design and construction in just six weeks. In lieu of traditional, shop-constructed millwork, all cabinetry was assembled on-site with paint-grade stock lumber and moldings. FPE produced full-size cabinet details to direct the construction, eliminating the need for, and time required to produce traditional shop drawings.
