As the 1501 Broadway Lobby project was underway, FPE was retained to design Tal Inbar’s newest Macchiato Espresso & Wine Bar as a unique amenity space accessible directly from the new lobby for tenants and visitors. The Café is designed in finishes to compliment the art deco lobby, with large glass portals beckoning morning rush hour caffeine-seekers as well as evening wine aficionados.  A lounge space with custom banquette accommodates a sit-down beverage and light snack opportunity without having to leave the building. The Macchiato Espresso & Wine Bar at 1501 Broadway is a dynamic space which will enhance the typical office experience for years to come.
