This conversion of a heavy timber mill building into rental residential use was designed within the guidelines of the State Historic Preservation Office to qualify for tax credits. Historic preservation work included new windows and wood framed storefronts, cast iron restoration, masonry cleaning and repointing, and new cast cornice. The ground floor contains retail uses to serve the emerging DUMBO district.
