FPE was retained to provide a classically modern renovation design for this commercial office building lobby.  The building lobby, originally constructed in the 1920’s was renovated in the 1980’s and again in 2015 with mixed results.  Capitalizing on a double height entrance and glazed storefront, our design focuses attention on the ceiling via a unique decorative linear lighting element which ties the different ceiling heights together into a coherent composition.
