FPE accepted an invitation to participate in a limited design competition to renovate the lobby for this real estate owner’s flagship property.  Inspired by a previously commissioned glass sculpture installation “Voyage” by the artist Dan Daily at the building exterior, FPE’s design solution was to conceive of the lobby as a gallery type space.  The proposal consists of complete new finishes and lighting, maximizing ceiling heights, creation of an adjacent café amenity space, and commissioning new artwork to become the focal point for the updated lobby.
