One of several structures FPE renovated during the early development of the DUMBO waterfront district in Brooklyn. Originally a 1900’s concrete framed manufacturing building, Sweeney I was reconfigured as an 85 unit condominium loft style residence with private rooftop cabanas and spectacular vistas of the Manhattan skyline. A new limestone sheathed grand lobby was created complimenting original classical motifs from the original exterior.
